Are you offering in-office appointments?Yes. We are offering in office appointments at 11198 Lee Highway, Suite D2, Fairfax, VA 22030

Are you offering telehealth appointments?Yes. We are offering telehealth services for clients located in Virginia or Florida.

How do you work with health insurance?Teen Talk Counseling is dedicated to making our services accessible and is currently expanding our insurance options. We are in-network with Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst, and Humana. For TRICARE, we are certified as an out-of-network provider and will submit claims directly to TRICARE on your behalf. Please note that some TRICARE plans may require a referral to maximize your cost-sharing benefits. If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits. We can provide a detailed SuperBill for you to submit to your insurance company according to their reimbursement process. For any questions about coverage, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

What are the current counseling session rates?Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, with a rate of $180 per session for Licensed Therapists. Sessions with Resident Counselors are available at $150 per 50-minute session.

Do you offer family counseling?The teen or young adult will be the primary client. However, our team will work with families to help provide insight and increase healthy communication when necessary. Parents are encouraged to ask questions and voice concerns about the therapeutic process.

Do you offer group counseling?Teen Talk Counseling offers groups on common issues teens are facing, such as anxiety/depression and self-image issues. Groups can actually amplify the healing process by providing teens with opportunities to connect and help others. Teens may be matched to the right group of teens for their unique needs.
